Valery Vasilyev and Sergei Timofeyev appointed new board members RAO ES of the East

September 29, 2009 Board of Directors of OAO RAO Energy Systems of the East decided to increase the size of the company's board from nine to eleven people.

The new board members appointed Valery Vasilyev, director of implementation of electricity OAO RAO ES of the East and Sergei Timofeyev, Adviser to Director General of OAO RAO ES of the East.

Board - a collegiate body which carries out management of the current activity RAO ES of the East and headed by a CEO. The Board members are appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of 5 years. By decision of the board of directors may be changed by the size of the board, as well as prematurely terminated the powers of its individual members.
