Under the agreement, the Government of the Republic and VolgaTelecom will work together towards the full needs of the population, businesses, public authorities in the telecommunications and broadband Internet access.
Particular attention will be paid to the elimination of disparities between urban and rural areas, increasing the availability of telecommunications services, particularly in remote towns and rural areas, as well as the joint solution of problems of communication services which have high social importance, there is the message Volgatelekoma .
